Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. PETACLEAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at petaclearcontact@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
International Shipping
